I contacted customer services in USA who kindly arranged for me to return the boots to Netherlands for refund.

Very pleased with the product. Had Timberland before and was pleased with the old pair this pair is of the same quality was looking else where for them but could not get what I wanted, so I tried this site and they were at my door in a very short time.
