Every 6 months or so the innersoles cushioning will have worn out- but your Timberlands will still be going strong.

I need a wide shoe and this stated it was wide but like under Timberlands I didn't find it as wide as other shoes Rockports for instance

Haev always worn the boots. Sadly, this pair started to fall apart after three months, I can only suggest thsi is this particular batch of boots.
