The soles wore through. The leather is fine, but the soles are ruined and are very uncomfortable.

Fair - I had to call Canada on 00800 number which is international free phone - looked a bit dodgy at first, to confirm my delivery address - apart from that fine.

Every 6 months or so the innersoles cushioning will have worn out- but your Timberlands will still be going strong.
